Special Order & Deposit Merchandise not in stock, ordered specifically for our customer constitutes a special order. All special orders require a 50% deposit at time of placing order. Cancellations of special orders are allowed within 48 hours of entering the sale. After 48 hours a 25% restocking fee may be assessed if we are unable to cancel the order with the manufacturer. Lead times on special orders are TEMA’s best estimate and reflect when merchandise is expected to arrive at TEMA’s warehouse. TEMA is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

An ETA should be printed on the sale.

Drawing for 2+ pieces attached to make one unit. We ask customers to initial this drawing.

 

In Stock Merchandise is merchandise physically present at TEMA Inc. In Stock Merchandise must be paid in full at the time of purchase. In Stock merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund providing the merchandise is in new and unused condition.

 

Sleep pillows and bedding are non-returnable! A mattress is not returnable unless you have signed a 90-night Comfort Guarantee and purchased a mattress protector. Please see Mattress Comfort Guarantee.

 

Clearance Merchandise Merchandise marked as Clearance and/or ending in $0.77, $0.86, or $0.99 is non-returnable or refundable. Clearance and Close Out merchandise are AS-IS, without warranty, expressed or implied.

 

Storage Fees TEMA understands you may not be able to take possession of your furniture when it arrives. We will work to accommodate you. After 4 months of storage, TEMA will assess a 2% per month storage fee on furniture being held.

 

Delivery Service All TEMA Inc. deliveries are considered ‘White Glove’. The TEMA delivery team will place all furniture in customer’s desired location and check that all merchandise is operating properly. All items are completely assembled either in the customer’s location or the TEMA warehouse prior to delivery. Packaging is cleared and taken by the delivery team. In the event the merchandise is unable to be placed in the intended area because of lack of properly sized entryways or failure on the customer’s part to determine the parameters for delivery, the delivery team will return the merchandise to TEMA’s warehouse and await further instructions. Please give your sales associate any specific circumstances that may be taken into consideration for the delivery of your merchandise. Your balance must be paid in full when scheduling delivery.

 

Customer Responsibilities Customer is responsible for making sure all merchandise can fit in the room of choice and can be delivered through entry points by verifying building access and all door and hallway measurements. Access to the delivery area must be clear. Animals or children that may interfere with the delivery team must be safely secured so as to not interfere with the delivery team.

 

TEMASurance Please inquire about the 5-year insurance on leather and/or fabric covers. If you have purchased TEMASurance, please refer to the insurance paperwork for details regarding your protection plan. TEMASurance items that were originally picked up or are outside of TEMA’s regular delivery areas are subject to pick up and/or delivery fees.

 

Product Warranty See Manufacturer’s Warranty for details. TEMA will provide the manufacturer’s warranty upon request. What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, damage by consumer during assembly or transportation, and mattresses used on old foundation and bed frames without center support. (This may also void the vendor’s warranty).

 

Please Note Old Foundations/Box Springs may not be fire retardant protected. By law we cannot knowingly sell you a new mattress to go on an old foundation that has not been fire retardant protected.

 

Service Fees

Residential Delivery/ Installation fees

$150-Minimum within our regular delivery area of Albuquerque.

$200 minimum Santa Fe/ Los Alamos

(Please ask for rates outside these areas.)

Commercial Installation

12% of purchase price within our regular delivery area

Service Call in the Greater Albuquerque area

$100 per trip for first half hour, then $50 per half hour

Warranty/ TEMASurance Repair in the

Albuquerque/ Santa Fe regular service area:

No Charge when item was originally delivered by Tema

Fees for pick up apply when item was picked up by customer

Please request price quote. (All parts must be paid in full prior to ordering.)

Service fees are non-refundable if performed: Delivery, shipping, assembly, and service calls. Any fees in connection with returns or re-selection are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty work, in our shop, within the 90-day period is free.
