Upon submission, you will receive an automatic response. Please allow 2-3 business days for a service representative to contact you.
Please have your original TEMA sales invoice available. This document, provided at the time of purchase or delivery, contains necessary information for service assistance.
If you have TEMA’surance on the product needing service, purchased within the last 5 years, proceed with the form for claim evaluation and we will do our best to assist you.
If you do not have TEMA’surance on an item and it was not sold as clearance/as-is please continue with the form, and if your claim is applicable, TEMA will do its best to assist you in submitting a warranty claim to the vendor and servicing your item. Please note Warranty coverage varies by vendor and product component (e.g., covers, frames, mechanical parts). Cost of the service covered also varies from parts and labor to parts only. Additional TEMA service fees may be required to resolve your issue.
You can help expedite the process, by uploading pictures of the issue. Vendors typically require visual evidence and label information for warranty claims or parts orders. TEMA will require visual evidence for TEMA’surance claims.
