White Glove Delivery: What to Expect

Thank you for choosing our White Glove Delivery Service. To ensure your delivery goes smoothly, please review the following information carefully.

What’s Included

  • Scheduled Delivery Appointment: The day prior to your delivery, we will text you with your two-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message with a link to track the status of the delivery team. You will receive one final text from the delivery team when they are headed to your stop, including their estimated arrival time.
  • Room Placement: Furniture will be placed in the room or rooms of your choice.
  • Setup: Items will be set up where you would like them, and all packaging will be removed.
  • Basic Adjustments: Doors, drawers, and leveling adjustments are made as needed.
  • Demonstration, if applicable: Our team will show you how to operate reclining mechanisms, extensions, or adjustable features.

What’s Not Included

  • Furniture Removal or Disposal: Removal of existing furniture or mattresses is not part of White Glove Delivery service.
  • Home Modifications: Services such as removing doors, railings, or windows to accommodate large furniture are not included.
  • Electrical or Wall Mounting Work: Delivery teams cannot install light fixtures, mount TVs, hang artwork, or hang accessories.
  • Specialty Assembly Beyond Manufacturer Instructions: Custom alterations or carpentry are not included.

How to Prepare for Delivery

  1. Clear the Path: Ensure walkways, stairs, and entryways are free of obstacles, breakables, or clutter.
  2. Measure Carefully: Verify that furniture will fit through doorways, stairwells, and into your room before delivery.
  3. Move Existing Furniture: Please have old furniture and rugs cleared from the delivery area before our team arrives. Our delivery team will not relocate existing furniture.
  4. Secure Pets and Children: For safety, keep pets and children away from delivery areas.
  5. Access Requirements: Make sure driveways, parking areas, and elevators, if needed, are available for delivery access.
  6. Be Present: An adult, age 18 or older, must be home to accept delivery, sign paperwork, and confirm placement.
