The lead time for custom orders varies depending on the specific products and their manufacturing process. Typically, it can range from 6 to 12 weeks. We will provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order, and we will keep you updated on the progress.
We understand you may not be able to take possession of your furniture when it arrives. We will work to accommodate you. After 4 months of storage, we will assess a 2% per month storage fee on furniture being held.

What should I do if there's an issue with my furniture?
If you encounter any problems with your furniture, please complete our Service Request Form so we can assist you efficiently. A service representative will contact you within 2-3 business days.
Payments FAQs
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), cash, checks, and financing options. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience as convenient as possible.
For custom furniture orders, a deposit is required to begin the order process. All special orders require a 50% deposit unless financing with Synchrony which requires a 10% deposit at the time of placing the order. For in-stock merchandise must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
